Once you have found a show, look at the show catalog and make sure it lists your breed. Register your rabbit(s) via mail or e-mail. On the day of the show: check in, make sure your entry info is correct, and pay entrance fees. When your breed/class is called, place your rabbit in a slot on the judging table. The judge will pose and evaluate each rabbit. The best rabbit from each class is chosen and set aside and until all age/sex classes have been shown. Then the judge picks the best rabbit from the winners of each class. The best rabbit overall wins BOB (Best of Breed) and the best rabbit of opposite gender wins BOS (Best Opposite Sex). Trophies are awarded for BOB and BOS. Ribbons are awarded for winning best of class (Ex. best senior doe or best junior buck). 'Legs' that are won can be applied towards a Grand Champion Certificate. TIP: To remove hutch stains from a rabbit, make a paste of vinegar & corn starch. Spread the paste on the stain and leave it overnight. Brush out any dried paste from the fur in the morning.
